ENSURING YOUR SAFETY AT OUR PREMISES

The safety and health of our customers and employees are of the utmost importance for us. We are committed to ensuring these and have put in place a series of precautionary measures in our service centres. This will help prepare you when visiting our service centres and ensure that you have a safe and comfortable experience with us.

Safe Distancing

We will monitor and may restrict the number of visitors within the service centre at all times to comply with the government’s safe distancing measures.

Digital Visitor Entry System

Online process upon entering the premises. With Safe Entry, Self-Service Registration and Health Declaration Form of all visitors to our service centre.

Wellness Checks

Thermal scanners to provide temperature screening of all visitors.

Hand Sanitisers

Alcohol-based hand sanitisers provided upon entering the premises.

Deep Clean

Our premises have undergone deep cleaning before the reopening.

Touchpoint Cleaning

Enhanced cleaning practices have been implemented around frequently touched areas. These include door  handles, sofa seats, service counters and etc.

Protective Screens

Protective screens have been installed at the reception to provide an extra level of protection for the visitors and our customer service staff.

Protective Wear

All our service centre staff are required to wear company-issued surgical masks at all times.

 We request for all visitors to put on their surgical masks at all times in our premises. 


Note:

Entry will be denied for visitors who failed to comply or meet the following:

  • has a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher
  • refused to be scanned for body temperature at entry
  • not wearing a face mask (face shield is not accepted)
